Thank you for shopping with Softnexhq LLC. Every necklace is personalized and engraved to order, so please review the timelines below.

Processing time: Orders are engraved and prepared within 2-5 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping rates: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.

Delivery time: Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Please allow extra time during holidays and peak seasons.

Order tracking: When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update.

Customs and import duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering.

Lost or delayed packages: If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we will help locate it or send a replacement.
