How long does it take to receive my necklace?
Every necklace is engraved to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for engraving, plus 7-15 business days for standard delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, standard shipping is free on all orders.
What is the necklace made of?
The pendant is made of 925 sterling silver and is available in Silver or Gold finish, with four chain styles: link, ball, box and curb.
What can I engrave?
You can add initials, a name or a meaningful date. Please double-check spelling before placing your order, as engraved pieces are made just for you.
Can I return my necklace?
Because each necklace is personalized, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or with an engraving error on our side, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your necklace is already in production.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to your account and open Orders.
How do I care for my necklace?
Remove it before showering, swimming or sleeping, and store it in its box to keep it shining.
